The Snugvita mobile message service (the "Mobile Service") is operated by Snugvita (“Snugvita”, “we”, or “us”). Your participation in the Mobile Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Mobile Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Mobile Service following the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
By opting into Snugvita’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart abandonment reminders, product updates, exclusive promotions) and transactional service notifications (e.g., order confirmations, shipping tracking updates) from and on behalf of Snugvita. Messages will be sent to the mobile telephone number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
